currently asked questions

we offer local delivery with our partners Roadie & BringItDC (DC, only) for the DC Metropolitan area. 

local delivery costs may be between $9-$20 depending on volume of delivery requests and mileage from North Bethesda, MD (as measured by Google Map routing). 

a minimum of five (5) orders must be placed per batch offering in order to attain this pricing. please note that if we cannot accommodate deliveries due to low demand, we will look for lower cost alternatives via shipping and pickup is still an option! 

if delivery is cost prohibitive, we will ship via courier.

given the perishable nature of our offerings, bang'n you does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our production, packaging, or handling of the goods. 

as a policy we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees, or similar reasons that are outside of our control. that said, we know how important is is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances. 

unfortunately, mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in delayed/non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds.
